Like other States, Pennsylvania has and continues to enact new emergency procedures so that Wills, Powers of Attorney (POAs), Living Wills, Advanced Care Directives and other legal documents can be signed online or through video conference systems such as Zoom.  This means that clients can stay at the safety of their home, but still complete their Estate Plan and sign all required legal documents.  If you would like to learn more, please send me an e-mail at [email protected] or register for one of our frequent Webinars.
