Legacy of Love Book - A Clear and Concise Guide to Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate Administration in Pennsylvania.
I am please to share with you my newest book Legacy of Love. What does it mean to create a Legacy of Love and why did I write this book? We help clients prepare a complete Estate Plan that is hand-crafted for each unique family. Clients have the peace of mind of knowing that all their affairs are in order, all their financial paperwork is organized, and if an emergency happened to them tomorrow, their family will know exactly what emergency actions to take. When someone passes away unexpectedly and their financial papers, accounts, life insurance, funeral planning and other important directives are scattered to the four winds, for family members and lawyers who are left to pick-up the pieces and administer and Estate, it is an unmitigated mess. One reason the book is called "Legacy of Love" is you have the opportunity to give your family the loving gift of having all affairs in order so that your wishes will be clear and they won't have to make decisions in a vacuum during a time of great distress.
Why Did I Write Legacy of Love - A Clear and Concise Guide to Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Administration in Pennsylvania?
The best part of my job is I get to help people in need and meet new families. I have been an Estate Planning and Elder Law attorney for a long time. I'm also a part-time college instructor. I like to teach. This book shares real stories from my practice regarding what can go wrong when someone does not have an Estate Plan. While the book is short and concise, it is not a fluff piece. Instead, I've tried to answer the normal questions I get from clients and provide a detailed explanation of all the important points regarding Wills, Powers of Attorney (POA), Trusts, Living Wills, Advanced Care Directives, Probate, etc.

The book is available for free. Please click the button on this website. If you would like an electronic download and would like to read it right away, you can do so. If you are old-fashioned like I am, and like to read books printed on paper (ideally in a nice large chair next to a fireplace), we are happy to mail you a copy of the book. Please make sure we have your full address so it can be mailed to you. I hope you enjoy the book and will agree - this is a concise and fun little book that will quickly answer questions and explain everything you need to know about Pennsylvania Law and the Estate Planning and Probate process. Happy reading and please feel free to pass the book on to others.
Cheers, - Scott
